My research interests encompass the broad field of global changes and their impacts on ecosystems, economies, and health. I employ a diverse array of experimental and modeling techniques to address various research inquiries. Recent research efforts have focused on the following specific areas:
Predicting the impacts of environmental changes on invasive species
Quantifying biological invasions using eDNA and advanced tools
Understanding food webs and trophic interactions
Monitoring levels of aquatic pollution
26.03.2023 to till: Post Doctoral Fellow (KFUPM, Saudi Arabia): Research Topic: Invasive Alien Species (IAS) diversity and its impact in the Arabian Gulf using eDNA metabarcoding.
