I have been inclined towards the arts since I was able to hold a pencil. My love for photography blossomed in late high school when I decided it would be the best balance for myself between practical and creative work. I have a passion for using photography for storytelling and as a medium for my artistic expression. As someone interested in alternative fashion, I like to incorporate my own personality and style into my work while still being able to show my subject’s personality through the picture.

Ultimately, I am pursuing a career in photojournalism to combine my interests in photography and the human side of politics, specifically the policies that affect them. I am still developing my skills and learning about how the industry works. I want to be present and able to tell the story through my own lens. I enjoy working with people as a subject, taking intriguing photos, and telling effective stories.
