The Jasper County AgriLife Extension Office serves as a trusted community resource dedicated to improving the lives of residents through education, outreach, and research-based programs. Located in the heart of Jasper County, the office works closely with local families, farmers, and youth to promote growth, knowledge, and sustainability.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Jasper County AgriLife Extension Office is to provide quality, research-based education and resources that empower individuals, families, and communities to make informed decisions for a better quality of life.
Key Programs and Services:
The office offers a variety of programs focusing on agriculture, horticulture, family and community health, and youth development through the Texas 4-H program. Local producers benefit from agricultural workshops, pest management guidance, and pasture management resources. Families and individuals gain valuable skills in nutrition, financial management, and wellness through Family and Community Health programs. The 4-H youth program provides hands-on learning experiences that foster leadership, citizenship, and life skills.
Our Office is located on the 1st floor of the Jasper County Annex Building at 271 E. Lamar St. Suite 101 Jasper, TX 75951!
