Bio

Jason Nippert is currently the assistant band director at Dublin Coffman High School in Dublin, Ohio. Jason is a graduate of The Ohio State University School of Music. He was recently recognized in Your Arts Magazine for his composition entitled Circuit for clarinet, flute, and Oboe. Jason has had works performed by many varying types of ensembles, notably The Ohio State University Collegiate Winds and the Hilliard Bradley Wind Ensemble. He also has begun to develop apps that assist music educators in the classroom, along with professional clarinetists and bassoonists. Right now, as a composer, Jason is most excited about opportunities to write commissions for new music and collaborate with others.
