A cultivated ideology of Sociocentric and Egocentric behavior in order to leverage Complacency and Monetary Gain in plain view. Outside experience based on attributes and competencies which render results in growth and accountable service have a history of not being welcomed.
This counterproductive culture knowingly steals from future generations under the concealment of "Do Nothing Interpersonal Relationships." The following is for informational purposes only and to provide another perspective for those critical thinkers and for the posterity of Howell County, Missouri.

Regardless of the culture, here is a snapshot of accomplishments within the tenure of Major McDaniel working directly with Sheriff Brent H. Campbell at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office as an engaged Leader while fulfilling the role of an active duty First Sergeant in the U.S. Army:
Successfully spearheaded a campaign for a county law enforcement tax, established a scalable pay chart matrix, increased employee salaries by 41%, increased employee strength by 12%, established an uniformed appearance for employees and vehicles, established 100% issued uniforms and equipment, established 100% issued service pistols and carbines, significantly modernized portable and mobile communications, established in-car laptops, established a supply and maintenance program, established 6 patrol zones, established 2 substations, established an annual physical fitness test program, established a tactical organizational structure within the S.W.A.T. unit, established a standardized uniformed appearance to include tactical load plans for individuals and mobile platforms within the S.W.A.T. unit, established an annual tactical training glide-path in correlation with a Mission Essential Task List for the S.W.A.T. unit, established an operations process with records retention for hasty and deliberate missions within the S.W.A.T. unit, established and instructed a Junior Supervisor professional development course, stood-up and managed multiple records management systems throughout the Sheriff’s Office, developed and standardized over 200 fillable forms, developed and standardized over 12 handbooks, developed and standardized over 20 Graphic Training Aids, established an annual per capita report to identify employee strength in correlation with federal data, built and managed the Sheriff’s Office website and social media platforms and established over 100 occupational profiles for applicants and employees in correlation with the State and Federal standards.
Never in the history of Howell County, Missouri has there ever been such skilled and passionate pursuit for change. Why is it Major McDaniel can serve his country in the most extreme of environments at the risk of his own life, while being entrusted to lead, develop and protect our loved ones across the globe within our nation's standards for over two decades, however he is highly opposed for those same standards in Howell County, Missouri? In his own community he has received malicious attacks on his character throughout many public forums within the short time of his return from 20+ years of active duty military service, spearheaded by Matt Roberts and his network of associates. It has thoroughly been observed, so many have sit idle and allowed the circulation of such gossip of untruths, knowing Major McDaniel's true character and the sacrifices he made for his family and this nation.
It appears this culture within Howell County, Missouri has a character flaw itself and has adopted a culture lacking respect, gratitude, personal courage, personal initiative, personal growth, standards, discipline, ownership, accountability and integrity. Given Major McDaniel's global experience, he was fully aware of the reason for this erosion in values and the tribalization as it was noted in the memorandum for record he drafted for Sheriff Brent Campbell on "Honoring the Origins of Our Nations Flag" dated November 30, 2023. As noted throughout history: "Hard times create strong men, Strong men create good times, Good times create weak men, Weak men create hard times."

In 2020, he designed and built the Howell County, Missouri legacy Sheriff's Office website prior to Sheriff Campbell's election in 2021.
In 2020, he designed the Howell County, Missouri Sheriff's Office Patch to include the SWAT Unit and K9 Unit Patches.
In 2023, he designed the Howell County, Missouri Sheriff's Office DAS Division Patch.
In 2024, he designed the Howell County, Missouri Sheriff's Office Public Land Heritage Preservation Unit Patch.
