Welcome to the non-profit and non-government digital profile website of former Sheriff Brent Campbell.  In 2020, Brent Campbell was elected as the 32nd Sheriff of Howell County, Missouri.  In order to transform the organization and achieve service-oriented results, Sheriff Campbell in close collaboration with Jason McDaniel and Matt Foster strategically changed the future trajectory of the Sheriff's Office by establishing concept models for scalable community policing in correlation with the demands of geographic growth.  In order to properly succeed in his strategic objective of community policing, Sheriff Campbell would have to dismantle organizational inbreeding, galvanized over generations due to tribalism that only served the select few.  This counterproductive culture required a standard of accountable behavior and practices in pursuit of professional growth and professional service to others through the mentorship of training, education and experience.  His servant leadership will be remembered as honorable and faithful in serving the citizens of Howell County, Missouri with a fair and impartial approach to community policing and a better quality of life for all.  Please see memorandum for record:  Honor the Origins of Our Nations Flag.
