Deadline: August 10, 12:00
Format: No more than 3 pages in PDF format
Name the file as "YourUniversity_YourName.pdf "
e.g. Hiroshima_Masaru_Ichihashi.pdf
Submit to:
JDS office, Faculty of Agriculture, Kyushu University (agri.jds.kyudai@agr.kyushu-u.ac.jp)
Posting of your posters
Format: English poster slides (poster board size: 180 cm (length) x 90 cm (width): 1 vertical A0 sheet or 16 A4 sheets can be attached)
Friday, August 18, Posters can be posted from 12:00 and will be taken down at 17:00.
Post your poster on the board with your presentation number on it (pushpins, etc. will be provided by the secretariat)
During the core time, participants must remain in front of their posters for questions and discussions.
