2. Running presentation（13:10～14:30)

• Presenters are required to summarize their poster presentation within 2 minutes and give an oral presentation. 

• Presentation materials should be no more than 3 PDF slides (16:9 landscape size). 

• No extension of time and no Q&A session.

3. Poster presentation (14:30-16:30)

• Core time 

  • 14:30-15:30 for the first part (presentation number: odd)

  • 15:30-16:30 for the second part (presentation number: even)

• English poster slides (poster board size: 180 cm (length) x 90 cm (width): 1 vertical A0 sheet or 16 A4 sheets can be attached)

• Q&A session will be held.

5. General comments and closing remarks (17:10-)
