I am a PhD Candidate in Philosophy at Purdue University. My research falls mainly into the areas of philosophy of religion, metaethics, and metaphysics.

My current research focuses on three topics: theistic metaethics (specifically divine command theory), perfect being theism, and the rational authority of morality (immoralist challenge).

I also have a strong interest in philosophical logic, the philosophy of mathematics, and Puerto Rican/Latin American philosophy.

Funny/interesting note: "Resto" and "Quiñones" are my two surnames (i.e., "Resto" is not my middle name). In Puerto Rico, we use both parents' surnames and, as a way to honor my parents, I use both my surnames.
