I am a young Puerto Rican philosopher and academic. I was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico, and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, from which I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and graduated with honors (magna cum laude; Premio Empédocles). I obtained my MA (2023) and PhD (2025) in Philosophy from Purdue University. There, I wrote my dissertation—titled Moderate Theistic Metaethics and Its Implications to Natural Theology—under the supervision of Paul Draper (along with Michael Bergmann, Patrick Kain, and Hud Hudson). I specialize in the philosophy of religion, metaphysics, and metaethics and have strong interests in philosophical logic, philosophy of language, and philosophy of mathematics. I also have developed an introductory course on philosophy and video games and have pioneered the development of teaching philosophy through video games alongside Javier Gómez-Lavin, Troy Seagraves, and others. As a proud Puerto Rican, I seek soon to bring the work of contemporary Puerto Rican philosophers to the attention of non-Spanish speaking philosophers through translation and propagation of their work. I am also a gamer, musician, and when the muse walks along my path, I sit down and write poems.
