I added these two docs at around 1 or 2 am last night but didn't write anything here explaining what these are.
I'm in class at 11:12 writing this, but I made these a few weeks ago. This project is for my Game Principles class and one of the assignments was to make a VDD and Mechanics list. These two are the first drafts.
Its been a very long time since I've updated this devlog but school has been crazy with gametech and my gen-ed's.Â
So far I've gotten the command pattern set up. The command pattern is a system where the receiver and invoker of a method are separated. This allows me to undo actions and have more control over battles and movement in general.
I have also worked a little on art. I am using the Kenney tiny battle as a place holder before I make my own. But at this point they might stick cause I don't have the time nor the energy to make my own anymore.
This update is super late and I actually have finished with my winter brake and a back at school for my 4th semester.
In the time from my last update and the start of brake I almost completely changed the game from a large scale war game to a small skirmish style tts.
I wont go into too much detail about the prosses because I dont remember, but the game is in a semi-playable state now on my itch page.
