In this activity, Students will throw a ball softly and then with more force while recording each throw to closely observe what happens to the balls motion each time. Technology is integrated into this lesson through the use of video recordings, which give students the opportunity to watch the ball in action up close and better understand how force affects motion. By replaying the recordings, students can compare the speed and distance of each throw and make observations about how different amounts of force change the movement of the ball.
