By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application published by JanoGroup LLC (“the App” or “the Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Apps. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
JanoGroup LLC develops mobile applications that may use artificial intelligence, automation, and other technologies to provide informational, educational, or utility-based features.
Depending on the specific app, features may include:
Processing user-provided content such as images, audio, or text
Generating AI-based results, insights, or summaries
Displaying informational or educational content
Saving history, favorites, or preferences locally on the device
The Apps may rely on third-party artificial intelligence or processing services (“AI Engines”). Availability, accuracy, and performance may vary. The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Apps do not require user accounts unless explicitly stated within a specific app. Certain features may rely on device-based identifiers to manage usage limits, subscriptions, or feature access.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your device
All activity that occurs through your device
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
You agree to use the Apps only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless explicitly permitted by a paid plan.
You may not:
Submit content you do not have the legal right to use
Submit illegal, explicit, harmful, or abusive content
Use the Apps to infringe intellectual property rights
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, AI models, datasets, or training data
Bypass usage limits, subscriptions, or paywalls
Use the Apps to provide professional, regulated, or commercial services without proper authorization
Resell, license, or distribute AI-generated outputs as a paid service or dataset
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any original content you submit.
JanoGroup LLC and its licensors retain all rights to the Apps, software, interfaces, AI Engines, designs, trademarks, and non-user-provided content.
5.2 Free Tier License
The free version of the Apps grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. Outputs may not be sold, licensed, or used in commercial products or services.
5.3 Paid License
An active paid subscription grants a non-exclusive license to use app outputs for personal and non-commercial purposes, which may include:
Personal education or productivity
Sharing results for personal reference
Personal social media sharing
Non-commercial presentations
Not permitted:
Commercial resale or redistribution
Operating a business or service based on app outputs
Automated scraping, bulk export, or dataset creation
5.4 Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated results may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or technical advice.
5.5 Third-Party AI Providers
Some features rely on third-party AI services. JanoGroup LLC is not responsible for claims related to third-party training data, models, or outputs.
5.6 Copyright and DMCA Complaints
To submit a copyright complaint, email janogroupllc@gmail.com with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Description of the alleged infringement
A good-faith statement
Repeat infringement may result in termination of access.
Some Apps offer free and paid plans with usage limits.
Usage limits vary by plan and app
Credits or allowances reset daily or monthly depending on the plan
Unused credits do not roll over
Free trials convert automatically unless canceled
All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by their respective policies. Pricing and limits may change; in-app pricing always prevails.
AI-generated outputs may:
Be inaccurate or incomplete
Perform poorly with low-quality inputs
Vary based on input conditions
Do not rely on the Apps for:
Medical, legal, or financial decisions
Safety-critical or regulated determinations
Professional advice without human verification
Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, processed, and protected.
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JANOGROUP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
JANOGROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC from claims arising from:
Your use of the Apps
Content you submit
Violations of these Terms
Decisions made based on app outputs
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, conducted virtually or in Washington, DC.
No class actions are permitted. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing janogroupllc@gmail.com with the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
You may cancel subscriptions through your app store account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or release notes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
