I have had my Line 6 DL4 since around 2000. I bought it new as I already had the original Line 6 POD (long gone now) and was excited about those new modelers at the time. Now 20+ years later it was time to recap my DL4. It was still working fine but I wanted make sure it will be working fine years to come. (I already did some upgrades to it some 15 years ago: I replaced the switches with Carling momentary ones and added secondary presets switch.) These electrolytic caps are through hole. Almost everything else on the PCB is SMD. There are also two tantalum capacitors (C48 and C59) which I didn't replace. Below a table of all electrolytic caps and their values.
