After the Pitch Competition, teams will be assigned a producer to advise them on the development of their production.  In addition, teams will meet via Zoom with an educator from a vocational or tertiary institution to assist with developing that particular aspect of the production.

Teams are expected to complete the assigned task within the given month. This will ensure that the project is completed by the next staging of Animania.

If the team has already created the project component, they are still expected to attend the workshop so their instructor can check off the item and approve it.

Failure to attend workshops may result in a penalty, including not receiving the prize money for the production.  The team leader must either assign a team member to participate in the workshop to represent the team or formally request to be excused from the session for a valid reason.  The request must be emailed at the latest on the morning of the workshop.
