What was once a sunroom housing a hot tub has been completely reimagined into a stunning, expansive kitchen that seamlessly connects the indoors with the outdoors. By removing walls, the space was opened up, allowing natural light to flood in and creating a breathtaking flow that enhances both function and beauty.

New flooring was installed throughout, creating a seamless and cohesive look, while architectural details such as elegant columns and a custom-designed fireplace add character and sophistication. Thoughtfully selected lighting fixtures bring the scale and elegance needed to complement the home’s grand proportions. 

Dramatic high ceilings add grandeur, while carefully curated furniture placement and style bring warmth and invitation to every corner. The result? A home that doesn’t just impress—it captivates. Visitors can’t help but ooh and aah at the transformation, where thoughtful design meets effortless elegance.

This 30-year-old home was well maintained but in need of a fresh, modern update. The original layout featured a powder room that awkwardly separated the kitchen from the family room, along with outdated and mismatched flooring, heavy draperies, and outdated fireplaces and fixtures darkened the living space.

The transformation embraced a sophisticated transitional design, bringing harmony and elegance throughout. Architectural details were introduced with floor-to-ceiling panel moulding in the entryway and hallway, complemented by a stylish built-in bench. Custom fireplace surrounds elevated both the formal living space—where a wood-burning fireplace became a true focal point—and the family room, where a more relaxed, inviting atmosphere was achieved.

Neutral tones now create a timeless backdrop, while wide-plank white oak flooring flows seamlessly through the main floor, adding warmth and continuity. The result is a home that feels bright, open, and effortlessly refined—a perfect balance of modern elegance and comfortable living.
