Jackson & Companies Professional Services, LLC DBA Jackson & Companies Notary DocuPrep Services provides mobile notary public, remote online notary, and non-attorney document preparation services in accordance with Florida law. Services offered via this site may include appointment scheduling, service requests, and informational content. Our services include non-attorney document preparation for matters such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Guardianship, Family Law, Child Support, and Evictions. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and legal appropriateness of the information provided for document preparation. We provide technical assistance and document preparation services for online insurance applications. We do not provide insurance advice, recommendations, or plan comparisons.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Non-Attorney Disclosure

Jackson & Companies Notary DocuPrep Services is not a law firm, and its representatives are not attorneys. We do not offer legal advice, representation, or opinions. All document preparation services are completed at the specific direction of the client. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Document preparation services are limited to completing forms at your direction. For legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.

4. Attorney Referrals

If requested, we may provide a general referral list of attorneys for your independent consideration. This is not a legal recommendation or endorsement. We do not guarantee the services or outcomes of any attorney you may choose to contact.

5. Non-Insurance Agent Insurance Application Assistance

Jackson & Companies Notary DocuPrep Services provides document preparation and technical assistance services with insurance applications. We are not acting as an insurance agent and do not provide insurance advice or plan/policy recommendations. We are not affiliated with any insurance carrier or government agency.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  
  

• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  
  

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.

• All documents are prepared based on information provided by the client. Clients must review all prepared documents for accuracy and completeness before filing or signing.

• All insurance quotes and enrollment decisions are made directly by the client.  

• The client is solely responsible for the selection and enrollment in any insurance plan/policy.

• The client must review all insurance application details before submission.
  
  

You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt the website’s functionality.
  
  

• Access data not intended for you.
  
  

• Use the website or services in violation of any applicable law.

7. Payment & Fees

All fees for services are due at the time of booking or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds are offered once a service has been rendered or initiated, in accordance with our No Refund Policy. All services are offered at flat rates discussed prior to engagement. Payments are due before document delivery. Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Our insurance assistance service fee is for application support and is not a commission or payment from any insurance carrier.

8. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a mobile notary appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel within that time may result in remittance forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of Jackson & Companies Professional Services, LLC DBA Jackson & Companies Notary DocuPrep Services and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson & Companies Professional Services, LLC DBA Jackson & Companies Notary DocuPrep Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
