In May of 2021, I completed my Professional Science Masters in Environmental Science at Stockton University, with a focus in Conservation Biology and Wildlife Biology.
My Master's Capstone project focused on animal behavior and cognitive ability. The project observed enrichment activities performed in the zoo setting in relation to animals' ecological placement and natural instincts. With information collected form this study, we can develop a deeper understanding of what enrichment program tactics are most beneficial to specific species, allowing scientists to incorporate these tactics into species survival plans and reintroduction programs.
I completed my undergraduate degrees at Stockton University; I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Teacher Education with a concentration in Biological Sciences, with a minor in Childhood Studies.
Finished at the top of Graduate class with a GPA of 3.95 (as of May 2021)
