has been sewing, crafting, and learning for over thirty years. Interested in the fabric of stories and the process of making, she has honed her skills in classes and universities earning her BS in Fashion Design from Drexel University and MFA in Costume Design and Technology from Temple University. She has worked for William Ivey Long (NY), Jennifer Love Costumes (NY), Barter Theater (VA), Centerstage (MD), Mass MoCA (MA), Swine Palace (LA). Within the Philadelphia region, she has worked with The Barnes Foundation, The Fabric Workshop and Museum, EgoPo Productions, Azuka Theater, Dawn Marie Bazemore's #dbdanceproject, Maukingbird Theater, and many others as a technician or costume designer. While working for The Handwork Studio, a children's handwork summer program, her passion for teaching was discovered which she continues to share as a staff member at Rowan University. Her work continues to combine research, craftsmanship, and storytelling.​
