The adult program involves people from all walks of life who share a desire to achieve dynamic self-defense skills and know that they can work out without worrying about fellow students having an "attitude."
Karate In the youth classes (ages 6–13), the students are taught how the lessons of karate can be used in every aspect of their lives, especially in school, to get better grades, and optimize their potential. All students understand that "We are a Black Belt School"—that means that the only reason to join our program is if you want to be a Black Belt.

I am a certified Adriano Emperado–Kajukenbo, Thomas Mitose–Kosho-Ryu Kenpo, and Krav Maga martial arts instructor. I have extensive experience in training children, adults, and women in self-defense. Nothing is more satisfying than watching them grow. Their personal growth and life skills will be more important than their martial arts skills. Because learning Kosho Ryu & Kajukenbo goes beyond just kicking and punching and advancing to the next belt rank.
