Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is a gentle reminder for all owners to make the maintenance fees payments via iRuma apps that we have registered for our property. The switching of apps was done after an in-depth study and consideration from our JMC and Management Team to ensure a smooth payment transaction, as well as for the convenience of all. The Management urges all Owners to make use and fully utilize the facilities provided as an effort to improve the system in our property. Starting from the 15th March 2023, other payment methods are not acceptable and deem as non-payment UNLESS you are an advance payer or under repayment scheme (installment plan) provided by the Management. "Pay & Email" your proof of payment are allowed if you are under these category. Kindly, contact our Management Office for further assistance at 03-8657 6088. Please be reminded, do not respond to the NOREPLY (noreply@i-ruma.com) email notification.

Ini adalah peringatan mesra untuk semua pemilik agar membuat pembayaran yuran penyelenggaraan melalui aplikasi i-ruma yang telah kami daftarkan untuk Residensi Jalilmas. Penukaran aplikasi dilakukan selepas kajian dan pertimbangan yang mendalam dibuat oleh pihak JMC dan pihak pengurusan untuk memastikan transaksi pembayaran menjadi lancar, serta untuk kemudahan semua pemilik. Pihak pengurusan menggesa semua pemilik untuk menggunakan aplikasi tersebut sepenuhnya sebagai usaha untuk menambah baik sistem di Residensi Jalilmas. Bermula dari 15 Mac 2023, kaedah pembayaran lain tidak akan diterima dan dianggap sebagai tiada pembayaran KECUALI anda cenderung membayar melebihi amaun bil atau anda berada dalam skim pembayaran balik (pelan ansuran) yang disediakan oleh pihak pengurusan. "Bayar & E-mel" bukti pembayaran anda hanya dibenarkan jika anda berada di dalam kategori ini. Sila hubungi pejabat pengurusan kami untuk bantuan lanjut di 03-8657 6088. This is because of safety protocols as well to avoid that parking lots remain allocated to a contractor while he not may use it.

Although it may feel a bit troublesome to do this it has been the protocol to do this in RJM so please keep registering your contractor daily.

Another way is you pre register your contractor for a couple of days in advance. This can be done for those days "day by day" that you want the contractor to come.
