Meet the Log Drivers, and someday soon, anyone associated with the land they protect.
JOHN-LUQUE PAPOVE
Francophone crown prince of Falmark, with a heart as big as his biceps and a head as empty as his purpose. Keeps Falmark ‘safe’ through small acts of kindness and running head-first into danger with the goofiest strategies possible, but is terrified of diplomacy and using his head to solve problems, as he knows his limits and believes himself unfit to make choices for those who have none.

AYASHA SUMARR
A hard-boiled bovine Varimet (half-human, half-animal) with a seasoned past, and the royal family’s axe-wielding bodyguard for the past two generations. While tolerant of John-Luque’s childishness, knowing much of it is rooted in growing up without parents to properly guide him to kinghood, she will harshly speak her mind to help set him on the right path. Even if the prince’s choices prove too catastrophic to avoid, she loyally sees them through despite her color commentary.

EREVAN AUGUSTON
A timid half-elf who wandered away from home as a child and lived as John-Luque’s brother-figure for most of his life. The first to spot (and run away from) risk among his more combat-ready friends. Erevan’s staff, the only thing he brought with him when he fled his home, is brimming with magical properties; though he is too frightful of both his surroundings and his potential to yet use his powers to full effect.
