Educator Information & Responsibilities

To ensure your students have the best experience possible, please review the information below. 

• Teachers will work with JA staff to ensure that all sessions of JA Inspire are completed.

• Teachers will engage actively in the JA Inspire expo and will encourage students to engage actively as well.

• Each school is required to bring an appropriate number of teachers/chaperones to accommodate and help their students.  

• Teachers will help students stay on schedule at JA Inspire. 

• Teachers will inform JA staff of which students can and cannot be photographed, if applicable (students who cannot be photographed will be given a red lanyard to wear).

• Teachers will ensure that all pre and post tests are completed.

• Teachers will maintain, and have with them, a list of students attending JA Inspire and are responsible for supervising students during JA Inspire. 

• It is important that students are respectful and responsible at all times. 

• Teachers are responsible for completing the Teacher Verification Form after completion of the program.
