During the final year of B.Tech., Dr. Jainesh Jhaveri was placed in Atul Limited. He joined the company's Aromatics Division at Ankleshwar, Gujarat as a Management Trainee in June 2011. He worked in the Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) Unit and Sodium Sulfate plant under the New Cresol Production Plant. His role was to supervise and manage the state-of-the-art MEE unit to ensure smooth functioning of upstream processes including the p-Cresol plant. He was involved in the commissioning of Sodium Sulfite to Sulfate plant together with the Project Team at Aromatics Division. After getting promoted, he worked for 5 months as an Assistant Manager from July 2012 to November 2012.
