Help Needed with the Jamboree:
Several volunteers and donations are needed for the Jamboree to run smoothly. Review sign up links below. Please consider helping out! If we do not get enough volunteers, we will not be able to continue to run the Jamboree in the coming years. Thank you!
Volunteer Sign Up: various roles including making popcorn, selling tickets, helping with set up & take down, etc.
Games Worker Sign Up: assisting at different game stations
Cake Walk Sign Up: looking for cake donations for our Cake Walk!
Drink and Dessert Donations Sign Up: drinks, desserts, ice and ice coolers to help sell additional refreshments at the event
Teacher Appreciation Week:
We are planning a soup and salad bar for lunch on Thursday, May 9th for our teachers. Link for a sign up is below for food items or monetary donations if you are willing to help out! If you would like to donate money, please use Venmo @PTOJaindl and write “teacher appreciation” in comments. We are also looking for a couple of volunteers to help out at the lunch that day.
Field Day:
The school is in need of volunteers to help out at Field Day as well as some snack donations. Click sign up here if able to contribute!
School Store:
Parent volunteers are greatly appreciated to help our 5th graders run the store. The school store is on Fridays throughout the school year from 8:30- 8:50AM. There is a need for one additional volunteer coming up on May 17th.
