What does PTO money go towards?
The PTO spends approximately $50 per student on field trips, school assemblies and other fun activities during the year. The PTO also uses its earnings to help supply teacher request items, purchase new books for the media center, improve school grounds and many other things. This year we are working towards providing a shaded area near the playground. We are also planning to fund an exciting assembly for the students.
2023-2024 PTO funded Field Trips Include:
Kindergarten: Savidge Farm Pumpkin Patch
1st Grade: Imagi Nation
2nd Grade: Wild Life Sanctuary
3rd Grade: Burnside Plantation
4th Grade: Crystal Cave
5th Grade: Philadelphia and Iron Pigs Game
