Hello! I'm Jaida Jackson 

I am a student athlete, also I work at the recreational center on campus as a social media supervisor for intramural. There I articulate ideas for videos, pictures, and tabling. I want to soon be able to coach. An instructional designer works similarly to a coach, emphasizing skill development, strategy, and ongoing progress. An instructional designer creates learning experiences that are specific to each student's requirements and objectives, much like a coach customizes training regimens to improve an athlete's performance. They create stimulating and encouraging environments that promote resilience and adaptation by decomposing difficult ideas into digestible steps. Just as drills and practice help athletes hone their skills, instructional designers assist learners in mastering new skills by creating interactive exercises and offering helpful criticism.

My Reflection: 

This program directly supports my professional goals, one of which is to create a website that provides guidance and resources for young athletes. The IDT program has already equipped me with valuable knowledge, and I am eager to continue expanding my skills.
