Terms Of Use

The app, Jahtikartta Outdoor GPS Map, (Software) ownership and copyright belong to J3 systems Oy, hereinafter Licensor.

The Software includes software and / or related files and / or their components. Use of the Software constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not use the Software.

The Licensor grants the Licensee (User) a non-transferable, license for an indefinite period of time to use the Software in the countries where the application is made available by the Licensor.

A user may make one backup or installation copy of the Software; making other copies is prohibited. You may not modify, decompile, rent, sell, or distribute the Software. You may not create Software-derived products.

Licensor shall not be liable under any circumstances for any costs and expenses associated with the Software.

The Software is provided by the Licensor “as is'' and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

In all cases, Licensor's liability is limited to the maximum amount paid by User Software.

The Licensor may at any time change the terms of the license or apply a different license to the Software.

The Licensor may at any time suspend the Software Software License due to an error in the Software and returns it when the error has been corrected. The Licensor is not responsible for the consequences of such breaks.

The Licensor may terminate the license without notice, provided that the User violates these terms and conditions, termination does not entitle the User to receive any compensation.
