The microprocessor-based device “10Yanma-1GN” protects against 10 types of emergency situations. It is built as an electrical cabinet containing the 10Yanma-1GN microprocessor unit and is intended for controlling and protecting horizontal pumps with 0.4 kV motors, with power ranging from 5 to 700 kW.

 The nominal currents of the pump motor are entered into the microprocessor unit. Depending on the state of the mains voltage, it issues permission for the pump to operate.

Depending on the settings, it also monitors:

the absence of one phase;

voltage drop below 310–330 V;

voltage rise above 450–460 V;

supply of the same-named phases.

 When the line voltages are within normal limits, the 10Yanma-1GN proceeds to check the insulation of the pump motor. If the insulation resistance is above 10 kΩ, the pump starts.

 During startup, the starting currents and acceleration time are taken into account. If a seal failure in the pumps causes a leak, it will be detected by special sensors, and the microprocessor will issue a command to shut down.

 It is implemented as an electrical cabinet containing the microprocessor unit "10Yanma-1GN" and is designed for the control and protection of 0.4 kV horizontal pumps with a power range of 5 to 700 kW. The nominal current values of the pump motor are entered into the microprocessor unit. Depending on the mains voltage condition, it issues permission for the pump to operate. At the same time, depending on the settings, it monitors: the absence of any phase; voltage drop below 310–330 V; voltage rise above 450–460 V; the supply of like-named phases. When the line voltages are normal, "10YANMA-1GN" begins checking the insulation of the pump motor. If the insulation is greater than 10 kΩ, the pump is started. During startup, inrush currents and ramp-up time are taken into account. If a fountain occurs due to a pump seal failure, it will be detected by special sensors, and the microprocessor will issue a shutdown command. If a power supply circuit of the motor fails during operation, for example due to poor contactor performance, the "circuit break" LED will light up. "10YANMA-1GN" provides protection against current drop (air entering the system or absence of water) or significant overcurrent above the norm (closed valves, foreign objects entering the pump):
