reliable cathodic protection station "EHG M1 3.0 48/96 W", with a service life of 20 years
Functional purpose
Cathodic Protection Stations ("CPS") are designed for electrochemical protection of underground gas pipelines and other structures from soil corrosion and feature manual smooth regulation of drainage current. High reliability and long service life are ensured by protection against failure of critical components.
CLIMATIC CONDITIONS
The product must withstand the following climatic conditions:
Temperature range from -30 to +55 °C.
Air humidity 80% at an air temperature of 20°C.
The electrical cabinet design accounts for possible increased atmospheric dust. Ventilation openings are covered with special anti-dust visors.
POWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS
Network voltage from 175V to 255V, frequency from 45 to 65 Hz.OUTPUT PARAMETERS
Output power - 3.0 kW. CPS has two identical output windings of 48V each. They can be connected in parallel or series via jumpers:
in parallel connection: voltage 48V, current up to 63A,
in series connection: voltage 96V, current up to 32A.
SURGE VOLTAGE PROTECTION
Protective boards for transient (surge) voltage spikes are installed at the network input and output of the device.NO-LOAD OPERATION PROTECTION
CPS has protection against no-load operation, which can cause significant voltage spikes on the secondary winding due to excessive saturation of the power transformer core.ELECTRONIC MAINS CURRENT OVERLOAD PROTECTION
The product features mains current overload protection that activates at an overload exceeding 25%, thereby preventing failure of the power transformer windings."Manufacturer" certifies the manufactured products.
The product warranty period is 3.0 years from the date of delivery.
