History

There was a lot of history that came with the car which is very encouraging and confirms the mileage to be correct.

Firstly pictures of the car in its younger days - the year I will hopefully approximate as I go through the paperwork.

Ownership:

The V5C states that there have been 4 former keepers before me. However, reading through the history it looks like there are a couple more. I'm unsure if this was due to it being passed within a family or transferred within the motor trade.

• First Owner, 2 years: M Young from 19th April 1968
• Second Owner, 3 years: E Callender from 8th April 1970
• Third Owner, 37 years: J Yates from 21st June 1973
• Fourth Owner, 2 years: R Penn from 5th September 2009
• Fifth Owner, 1.5 years: T Messider from 29th November 2011
• Sixth Owner, ~4 years: M Lourides from 29th May 2013
• Seventh Owner: Myself from 28th January 2017

Looks good and well cared for in these pictures. Looking forward to getting it looking this good again!

Next evidence of a previous sill rebuild - the sill reinforcer is shown in the left hand picture below. It is odd looking at these pictures as I have been dealing with some of these areas again in 2017! Lots of back to bare metal for a respray too!
