Accelerated Leadership Program Redesign
I redesigned and streamlined an existing program into a clear 6-stage learning journey. Using stakeholder needs, I designed every asset from scratch—including mind maps, guides, interactive scenarios, and media. I used AI tools for rapid prototyping and asset creation, followed by hands-on human editing to deliver a high-impact multimodal experience.
