I am in the population modeling working group under the Interagency Modeling and Analysis Group (IMAG) and the Multiscale Modeling (MSM) Consortium.

Much of my knowledge was obtained at the Technion - Israel institute of technology. Currently I am designing and developing a software system to support research performed at the University of Michigan. Until recently I was a research fellow at the NSF Engineering Research Center for Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems and a lecturer at the Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Michigan. The Laboratory for computer graphics and CAD at the Technion - Israel institute of technology is where I conducted my Ph.D. research under the supervision of Prof. Anath Fischer.

Here is a link to entities of recent interest:

MultiScale Modeling (MSM) consortium meeting - an annual meeting held at the NIH to support modeling activities

Anaconda formally known as Continuum Analytics : The company develops python tools I use - I did some contract work for that company through the years.

Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS) : An professional society known for its modeling and simulation conferences such as WinterSim, SpringSim, SummerSim

SimTk : A web portal holding simulation and modeling projects I use regularly

The Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) : a model exchange language

CureFacts - a company aimed at providing customers information on treatments using data extracted from systematic reviews

Here are links to web pages of people I collaborated with and to my mentors:

Yoram Koren : on Interior Personalization of Automobiles

Aaron Garrett : on population generation using the Inspyred python library

David_Degani, Alexander Oron: were my mentors in Numerical Analysis

Joshua Schertz collaborated with me on clinical unit mapping
