Greetings Jack Yates Future Alumnus, 

Congratulations on successfully completing your Jack Yates High School journey!

You stand on the shoulders of thousands of Jack Yates alumni before you. We know that these next few years will be a major transition from high school to finding purpose in the rest of your life.  To support you in that transition, the Jack Yates National Alumni Association (JYNNA) is delighted to extend to you a paid membership for the next four years.   (Please use the link at the bottom to complete your application)

As a member of JYNAA, you are joining a strong national network of alumni, ready to support you throughout your next educational endeavor, help you stay connected to Jack Yates, and remain active in our community through programs and events we sponsor and organize including:

·         Scholarship and grant opportunities ranging from $250 to $5,000 through our Jack Yates Community Scholarship Fund

·         Invitations to our signature programs that include Founders’ Day Celebration, Homecoming, Graduation, and next year the 95th School Anniversary

·         Career advice and networking opportunities

·         Advocating and fundraising for resources to support Jack Yates School High School

·         Communication and notices about community events, regulations, and initiatives affecting Jack Yates High School and its students

We are inviting you to apply for our Jack Yates Community Scholarship by going to our website at www.JackYatesAlumni.com beginning June 1stst.  The application deadline is Friday, July 31st.  Scholarship recipients and applicants will be notified of the awards by September 7th of the award year. Please email your scholarship application before the deadline date indicated above and membership application to jackyatesalumni@gmail.com.
