Ranks are important to this company. They show how dedicated a member is to the company and the betterment of the community. We like to reward those who donate to the company by giving special ranks with special permissions. This page is listed in the order of command within the company. All ranks must be given and asked for in character before applications are submitted or ranks stripped.

Leadership and Officers are all given 4 inactivity passes a month they hold their ranks. Yes, this includes even Sefri and Pidge. Leadership and Officers are the people in charge of the company overall and the ones you should approach if you are having any kind of trouble with other members of the company, or even members of the company if you are a third party. Leadership and Officers are required to be active every season, and active online so that they can be easily reached by members of the community.

All Master ranks are given 3 inactivity passes for every month they hold their rank. They are required to be active every season, and complete at least one in character event that pertains to their rank. To the Master Merchant, Master of the Hand, or Master of the Land rank you must make a payment to the company in Gil, in character. This is because it shows your mastery of the marketplace and obtaining or crafting higher level materials. To gain the Master General Rank, you must battle for it in character. Even if the battle is won, they must then lead a group activity with a group to show they can handle the job's requirements.

Each Lieutenant is selected by their respected Master rank. This all must be done in character and be approved by the Master Council, Officers and Leadership. These ranks each get 2 inactivity passes for each month they hold their rank.
