Sefri Shar has traveled very little of this realm, and yet she has already noticed a trend in some adventurers. A few tend to disappear for months at a time, but come back stronger than they were before. However, some of them come back to empty alliances and pockets. Sefri decides to recruit these adventures and give them a place to feel at home. She starts the Jacks of Eorzea, a group that is only active together in the summer months before taking off to better themselves individually in the cooler months. To gauge interest, she places a Bounty Board in the darker parts of Ul'dah. For every bounty that is turned into her, she rewards the adventure with an invitation to her company.
