Illegal Adoptions in Bangladesh

Dr. Jack Preger is seeking details of Bangladesh adoptees in the 1970s and early 1980s whose adoption documents have proved false, and which included the names of Moslem Ali Khan, of Terre des Hommes, Netherlands, and/or Misanur Rahman Shelly, Director of Social Welfare.
Dr. Preger wishes to bring a legal action in Dhaka against those guilty of fraud, and would appreciate details of Bangladesh adoptions from this period whose legality is being questioned, and of adoptions which are under investigation in which either Khan or Shelly are named.
