Jenga Gun

I saw a link to the Jenga Pistol on the woodgears.ca website, and I just had to make one of my own out of legos.

The pistol has a heavy bolt (weighted with the ballast from a LEGO boat set) which shoots out and retracts - with enough momentum to knock a Jenga block out of the stack. (Go see the video on the woodgears website above.) The trigger mechanism that I copied is very clever; the same rubber band that powers the bolt also holds it in the cocked position.
