Gentrification and Residential Mobility in Philadelphia
This project uses individual-level longitudinal data from 2002-2014 to examine the relationship between gentrification and residential mobility patterns in Philadelphia. The gentrification measures that we constructed for Philadelphia census tracts can be downloaded here: http://dx.doi.org/10.7910/DVN/ZQP2XQ.
