One of three students selected by the Principal of Central Eleuthera High School to represent both my school and the island of Eleuthera in the Lyford Cay Foundation’s Family Island Leadership Programme. Chosen for demonstrating outstanding leadership potential, character, initiative, and commitment to excellence, I joined 49 exceptional Grade 11 students from Family Islands across The Bahamas in an immersive week of leadership development, college readiness, civic engagement, career exploration, and professional growth. Through leadership workshops, university visits, corporate tours, and mentorship from industry leaders, I strengthened my leadership, communication, and collaboration skills while building lasting connections with future leaders from across the nation. The programme equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead with integrity, serve my community, and pursue higher education with purpose.

The Christian Debutante–Master Commission (CDMC) is a leadership and faith development program of the African Methodist Episcopal Church that prepares young people for the transition into adulthood. Through Christian education, mentorship, leadership training, and service, participants strengthen their faith, develop their character, and dedicate themselves to greater service within the Church and their communities. The program culminates in the Debutante–Master Ceremony, which celebrates this important milestone and commitment to Christian leadership.
Following months of spiritual development, leadership training, and dedicated service through the Christian Debutante-Master Commission of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, I was officially appointed Sub-Master on July 12th, 2026 . This honor reflects my commitment to Christian values, servant leadership, personal growth, and faithfully representing the principles of the Commission.
