While our team members are not licensed attorneys and do not provide legal advice, we offer a wide range of support, including:
Spiritual counseling inspired by Jewish wisdom and values, open to all backgrounds and faiths
Spiritual education and teaching
Life and career coaching to help you find clarity, purpose, and new opportunities
Resume writing and job readiness assistance
Guidance with ethical questions, family matters, and personal growth
Referrals to trusted legal, mental health, and community resources
A safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to share your story and find healing
Program Offerings
Holistic Wellness & Resilience Support: Structured, non-clinical wellness and personal-development support focused on resilience, self-management, goal-setting, decision-making, coping strategies, and constructive personal development. Services are delivered within applicable qualifications and are not represented as clinical treatment unless provided by an appropriately licensed professional.
Life Skills, Decision-Making & Personal Accountability: Structured education addressing practical life skills, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, responsible decision-making, personal accountability, and workplace conduct. Participant progress may be assessed through defined learning objectives and appropriate pre- and post-program measures.
Vocational Navigation & Career Development: Individualized career-navigation support helping participants identify employment goals, assess skills and barriers, explore career pathways, develop employment plans, and connect with education, training, and workforce resources. Services may include career exploration, goal-setting, workforce referrals, training navigation, and employment planning.
Workforce Readiness & Employment Preparation: Structured employment-readiness services focused on resume development, job-search strategies, interview preparation, professional communication, workplace expectations, applications, and digital employment skills. Where appropriate, participants are connected with employers, workforce-development organizations, training programs, and other qualified employment resources.
Family Stabilization & Relationship Support: Structured, non-clinical support focused on household stability, constructive communication, conflict management, goal-setting, mentorship, and connection to appropriate community resources. Specialized services such as family therapy, legal representation, or clinical treatment are provided only by appropriately licensed or qualified professionals.
Wrap-Around Case Management & Resource Navigation: Individualized case management using standardized intake, assessment, goal-setting, referral, documentation, follow-up, and progress-monitoring procedures to address identified participant needs. Participants may be connected with workforce, housing, benefits, healthcare, behavioral-health, legal-aid, transportation, and other appropriate community resources.
Trauma-Informed, Low-Barrier Participant Support Environment: A safe, respectful, confidential, trauma-informed environment designed to reduce unnecessary barriers to accessing supportive services while emphasizing dignity, informed choice, privacy, appropriate boundaries, and participant-centered practices. Non-clinical support is provided within personnel qualifications, with referrals to appropriately licensed or qualified providers when specialized services are needed.
Employment, Education, Training & Community Resource Connections: Structured assistance connecting participants with appropriate employment opportunities, education and training programs, workforce resources, and community services based on individualized goals, eligibility, qualifications, availability, and identified needs. The organization does not guarantee employment, admission, eligibility, benefits, placement, or acceptance by third-party providers.
Employment Retention & Continued Stabilization: Structured follow-up and non-clinical resource-navigation support following employment placement, training or education enrollment, or other significant participant milestones. Services may include employment-retention planning, follow-up, barrier identification, resource navigation, referrals, goal reassessment, and continued connection to appropriate community resources.
