Show Day
Our Showtime 2025 year end showcase will take place Saturday (June 14th). There will be a show at 10:00 am & 2:00 pm. Please be sure you know which show your dancer is in. The show lineup was sent out in and it is also in this info center under "which show is my dancer in?". Dancers in show 1 will need to arrive at 9:30 am. Dancers in show 2 will need to arrive at 12:30. Competition dancers will be in both shows and need to arrive by 9:00 am on show day.
Dancers will enter through stage door 50. Audience members must enter through the front lobby doors. We will be closing the doors between shows so please let family members and friends know that they will need to exit and re enter between shows if they are attending multiple. Separate tickets are required for each individual show. Dancers are not required to purchase a ticket. During the show, dancers are allowed to sit with friends and family, however they will need to be dropped off backstage 3 numbers prior to their routine and then picked back up immediately after. Please note that dancers must sit on a family members lap or in an open seat that hasn’t been occupied by a purchase ticket. *We ask that dancers and parents return to the audience to watch the rest of the show and give the remaining dancers the same respect.
Tickets
Tickets are required to enter the auditorium and this will be strictly enforced by the venue. Please make sure anyone planning to attend the show knows this. Tickets are required for friends, family, dance parents and anyone who can’t fit on someone’s lap. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THE CORRECT SHOW YOUR DANCER IS IN. Tickets will be sold online only. Please plan accordingly. Dancers are not required to have a ticket. If they decide to watch in the audience they can sit in a parents lap or an open seat that hasn’t been occupied by someone who has purchased a ticket.
