The 11th Jr. Japan Bowl (J2B) will take place on Friday, April 30, 2027.
Who Can Participate?

Students in grades 1–8 across the United States who are learning Japanese.

Beginning with the 2027 competition, students who have attended school in Japan are also eligible to participate.

History: The Kamakura, Muromachi, Azuchi-Momoyama, and Edo periods
Culture: Castles, samurai, Noh, and kabuki
