This project will focus on J. Gonzo and his works, including his influence, background, and more. He is an Illustrator and comic author of La Mano del Destino. He also contributed art to La Voz de MAYO: Tata Rambo for Top Cow & Image Comics. After earning a graphic design degree from a trade school, J. Gonzo began his professional journey as a tattoo artist, where he deepened his understanding of symbolic storytelling. His style of work is a fusion of Chicano folk art, vintage lucha libre posters, and classic comic book design. His work features bold, flat colors, symmetrical compositions, and intricate linework that evoke both sacred and street-level iconography.
