Communicating with Families: 

Main source of communication: Binder

• Third Grade scholars will are creating a communication binder: The purpose of the binder is to teach your organizational skills during while in elementary school so they skilled when entering middle school. This binder will allow families to see student progress via data tracker that will capture evidence of testing, assessment, end of unit assessment. There will also be a daily planner use to communicate with families located in the front of binder. The communication binder is only one source of communication that will be used throughout the school year. Listed below are other forms of communication that can be used by families.

• I will reach out via email or class dojo for classroom updates and upcoming events.

• I send home better than email cards for when scholars do something extraordinary.
