Orders of any product(s) are subject to availability. To place an order, you will utilize the ID numbers given for each product, fill out an order form, or directly contact me to make an order. When you submit the form, I will do my best to reach out to you within 24 hours (during operating hours only, see them on the Home page) by your preferred contact method to discuss and complete payment. If I cannot fulfill your order for any reason, I will notify you as soon as I possibly can.
I will try to ensure that product details displayed on this website are correct and up-to-date. However, any error or omission of any information on this website, other communication, or document issued by me may be updated and/or changed without any liability on my part.
All sales are final! All chargeback attempts will result in an instant blacklist status.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as I feel is necessary to protect myself and my business.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on this website are final. The prices shown do not include the shipping or delivery fees, which will be added to your total order price once we've discussed your order together.
Orders must be paid for by credit or debit card via PayPal or Facebook pay, or cash if you are local, before they will be shipped or prepared for delivery/pick-up. If I cannot accept your order for any reason, I will process a full refund within seven days.
There is a 25% cancellation fee of an order after it has been placed and paid for, but there are NO refunds on orders that have already been shipped out.
I will offer a Live on Arrival guarantee on orders shipped with Priority Shipping or Overnight Express Shipping.
DOA animals are extremely rare, but if it does occur you need to be familiar with my policy. Ignoring the terms of the guarantee is not an excuse, and will not render these rules void.
You must inform me in writing (email, text, message via Facebook Messenger or Instagram) within an hour of delivery if your axolotl(s) did not survive the trip or if there are any issues with your order. Pictures of the dead animal(s), damaged product(s), and shipping label, documenting the condition of the shipment, are required within 1 hour of delivery to be emailed or messaged to me to qualify for a claim.
Upon approval of your claim, you have a couple of options.
The first option is having me ship you a replacement animal or product(s), although shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If the replacement animal is DOA, I would then refund your purchase price (excluding the shipping costs) via PayPal or Facebook Pay, depending on your method of payment. Keep in mind, I am an extremely reasonable person, so I will work with you, as every situation is different.
The second option in the case of a DOA animal is a refund, minus the shipping cost.
I am unable to ship live axolotls to states in the U.S. where it is illegal to own or import axolotls, as well as those that require permits at this time. These states include California, Maine, New Jersey, Virginia, New Mexico, Hawaii, and D.C.
In the event that anything happens to the axolotl after I have already fulfilled my DOA policy for the order, there will be no refunds. No DOA policy for local-pickup orders since they will not be shipped. Please research ahead and plan to give the proper care for your new pet! I am always willing to help with information on properly caring for your axolotl. Contact me if you have any questions. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as I deem necessary.
If temperatures at the delivery zip code dip below 35°F or above 95°F, the live arrival guarantee is completely voided for all animals. Shipping live animals is a shared risk between the shipper and the customer. Please research your local temperatures prior to ordering.
If you or an authorized representative are not present for a delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is null and void. If it was agreed upon that the animal(s) would be held at the carrier's facility, the package(s) must be picked-up within four hours of arrival at the said facility.
If you inadvertently give me a delivery address that is not valid, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
If you do not contact me within one hour of home delivery or 8 hours Post Office pick-up with DOA and shipping label photographs, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
I am not responsible for carrier delays, but will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping is handled with USPS. I will mainly use utilize Priority Mail. Other shipping options may be available, just ask. Shipping costs vary by order, as only so many can fit in one box. Further shipping options will be discussed when I reach out to you about an order you have submitted or inquired about.
All sales are final for any future merchandise I may offer aside from axolotls. Axolotls cannot be returned for a refund. However, should you find yourself in an instance where you cannot take care of your animal anymore, please reach out to me. I accept surrenders and rescues that are local to me.
