Abstract submissions for scientific communications are now being accepted and will undergo peer review by the scientific committee. Accepted abstracts will be featured in the book of abstracts, which will be distributed to all symposium attendees.

Please be advised that abstract submissions for any type of presentation at the symposium are currently being accepted and will continue to be accepted until May 31st, 2023. Notification on acceptance (and day of presentation) of the abstract will be emailed approximately one month after the submission deadline.

Please note that registration is not required to submit abstracts. However, accepted abstracts will only be published in the symposium abstract book upon full registration and payment. 

Please note that individuals who intend to participate in the summer school and the symposium are required to register through the school's website. In order to facilitate the organization, in the abstract upload form, please indicate whether you are only attending the symposium or if you are also participating in the summer school.

Poster size is A0 (nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high), in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation. Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.

AWARDS

The SEQT will confer Poster Prizes at the occasion of the IX Symposium of Medicinal Chemistry Young Researchers. The SEQT Poster Prizes consist of a diploma and a cash prize, kindly sponsorized by Celtarys Research.

TRAVEL GRANTS

The organizing committee will announce several scholarships for young researchers from outside Santiago (doctoral and post-doctoral students) in order to facilitate attendance at the symposium.
