The IWSM-2019 Keynote Address will be given by Prof. Makoto Aoshima of the Institute of Mathematics at the University of Tsukuba, Japan. The Keynote Address will be delivered on Day 1 of the Workshop right after the Opening Ceremony.

Keynote Lecture Title: High-Dimensional Statistical Analysis: Non-Sparsity, Strongly Spiked Noise and HDLSS

The keynote lecture will last 1 hour, followed by a 10-minute Q&A.
