Invited Session Proposals are due by May 1, 2019

The IWSM Organizing Committee cordially invites everyone to submit a proposal for an invited session that falls under the general theme of the Conference. If you wish to organize an invited session, please consider the following guidelines:

1. Each session is to be 90 minutes long, and consist of exactly 3 talks;
2. Each of the 3 talks in a session is to be 25 minutes long followed by a 5-minute Q&A;
3. Each invited speaker is to give no more than 1 talk. This applies to the Keynote speaker as well as to all of the Plenary speakers;
4. Invited speakers are allowed to be co-authors on other presentations;
5. Chairing and co-chairing multiple sessions is permissible.
