The Incarnate Word Academy STEM Ambassadors is a program run through our robotics team Medusa Robotics 12565 and Sirens Robotics 26519. The program brings STEM to grade schools that do not offer STEM Education. We create STEM Kits designed to make learning STEM fun for K-8th. The STEM Ambassadors create, put together, deliver, and teach the STEM kits to local grade schools. We have impacted thousands of students and plan to expand to even more schools. If you want to learn more about our Robotics teams head to their section of the website. If you have any questions, ask us on our contact tab!
The first year that the program was introduced, we were mentioned in the STL Review for our impact on the community.

Hello! We are Anna Knabe (Left) and Meghan Fowlie (Right), class of 2025. We were originally Leads of the program our sophomore year when the it first started. We were the ones to design and put together the very first kits of the program. For our Junior and now Senior year we manage the program and train students to follow in our footsteps once we graduate. Meghan is looking into a career of high school math education and Anna is looking into aviation, both STEM related! We will be the ones answering your questions!
(Fun Fact: This program is how we met and are now inseperable! Thanks Mrs. Martin!)
Past Kits
What are STEM Kits?
Our STEM Kits are designed for 3 different age groups: K-2nd, 3rd-5th, 6th-8th. The kit has a general theme that all the activities follow. Our activities are designed for the age group they are in (Kindergarten will have a different activity than Sixth grade). Each kit has 2 activities and an optional coloring sheet. Our STEM Ambassadors can come teach the kit to give you educators a break or, we have instructional videos for each activity if you wish to teach it instead. To your left is an example of our past themes!
